The Horizontal Rectangular Autoclave is a fully automatic industrial sterilization machine designed for efficient and reliable performance. This model comes with an inner chamber and jacket made of boiler-grade SS 304, ensuring durability and long service life. The door is fitted with a sturdy SS hinge and locking rod, while the outer insulation is protected with tempered chrome-coated shooting bolts for enhanced operational safety.

The autoclave operates within a pressure range of 15-30 psi and offers selectable operating temperatures of 121°C and 134°C. It is equipped with both automatic and manual operation programs, giving flexibility according to different sterilization requirements.

The power supply requirement is 440V, 3 phase with neutral and ground earthing. For user safety and smooth operation, the machine includes a PIC touch display for operating programs and a door protection system that prevents opening when pressure is present inside the chamber.
