The Eto Sterilizer Semi Automatic is designed for safe and effective sterilization using ethylene oxide gas. It is ideal for sterilizing heat-sensitive medical and laboratory equipment where traditional steam sterilization is not suitable.

This unit comes with a 54-liter capacity and is built with an inner chamber made of SS304. The outer body, stand and door handle are also constructed using stainless steel, ensuring durability and long service life.

The system features manual operation with a front control panel and includes a disposable 100% EO gas cartridge. It operates within a vacuum range of -500 to -400 and maintains chamber temperatures between 33°C to 55°C for effective sterilization.

It is equipped with a digital controller for time and temperature, vacuum pump, automatic heating system, cartridge punch system and vacuum gauge. The control facility allows easy manual operation and monitoring of sterilization cycles ranging from 4 to 5 hours.
