This model is available with a boiler capacity ranging from 80 to 120 liters. The chamber and jacket boiler are made from SS 304, and the piping is also constructed using SS 304 for long-lasting operation. The stand is built in stainless steel, and all internal joints are arc welded for enhanced strength and leak-proof performance.

The machine features a digital display for temperature and time, making it easy to monitor sterilization cycles. It also includes an alarm ring that activates after the sterilization cycle is complete. The door gasket is made of silicon, and the machine supports a temperature range up to 134°C with a pressure range of 22-30 PSI.

With a 12 kW heater load and glass wool insulation, the autoclave ensures efficient heating and heat retention. It operates on a 440 V 3 phase power supply with neutral and ground earthing, making it suitable for industrial use.
