The Horizontal Cylindrical High Pressure Autoclave is designed for efficient and high-performance sterilization in industrial and laboratory applications. It is manufactured using high-quality stainless steel 304 to ensure durability and long service life.

This machine features a robust chamber, jacket, outer body, stand and door with radial locking parts, all made of stainless steel. The chamber, jacket and boiler have a thickness of 4 mm, ensuring strength and reliability under high pressure conditions.

The autoclave operates within a temperature range of 121°C to 134°C and a pressure range of 15 to 30 PSI. It is powered by a 220-230 V / 440 V 3 phase power supply with proper earthing for safe operation.

It includes stainless steel analog gauges, pressure gauges for both jacket and chamber, and an automatic pressure control switch. Safety features such as vacuum breaker, steam trap, NRV, pressure safety valve and temperature sensor (PT100) ensure safe and controlled operation.

The system also includes automatic water level cut-off, automatic pressure cut-off, and digital controller for time and temperature. Additional features include alarm buzzer after sterilization cycle completion and manual wall operations for water fill, drain and pressure release.
